You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Any activity, bookings, or transactions that occur under your account are your responsibility. You must immediately notify our support team if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
To access the full suite of EasyLife services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing fictitious or fraudulent information.
Your access to and use of our services are also governed by our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy, which is considered an integral part of this agreement.
All payments for services booked through EasyLife must be processed via our secure platform. Circumventing our payment system is strictly prohibited. Refund eligibility is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, generally dependent on the cancellation window, the type of service purchased, and any disputes raised regarding service quality.
We reserve the unilateral right to suspend, restrict, or completely terminate your access to the EasyLife platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyLife and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising directly or indirectly from your use of, or inability to use, our platform or the services provided by independent contractors.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of such changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the new Terms.

All platform content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software code, and interface design, is the exclusive property of EasyLife or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for personal purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer any part of it.
When you submit reviews, ratings, or other content to our platform, you grant EasyLife a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content across our marketing channels and service interfaces without any compensation to you.
Our application may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services (such as mapping APIs or payment gateways). EasyLife does not endorse and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of these external services.
EasyLife provides its platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, reliability, or error-free nature of the software. Furthermore, we do not guarantee the quality or safety of the services provided by independent professionals.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EasyLife, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyLife is headquartered, explicitly excluding its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
In the interest of resolving disputes efficiently, you agree that any claim or controversy arising out of these Terms shall first be submitted to mandatory, binding arbitration rather than being resolved in a court of general jurisdiction. Class action lawsuits are explicitly waived.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the EasyLife platform—including specific features or geographic availability—at any time, for maintenance or operational reasons, without prior liability to you.
You have the right to terminate this agreement at any time by deleting your account through your profile settings and discontinuing your use of the platform. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the platform, constitute the entire, comprehensive agreement between you and EasyLife concerning your use of the services, superseding any prior verbal or written agreements.
